Returns are on a case-by-case basis.  Items that you wish to return must be in new condition, packaged the way you found it when you opened the box, and in the original box.  Items with blemishes, scratches, or other defects, will not be accepted for return.  Should you wish to proceed with a return request, please send a message through the contact form on this site.  Include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return.  We'll reply as soon as we can.  Those items we accept back may be refunded an amount not to exceed the purchase price, minus 15%. Once we've received the item, we'll inspect it and will let you know if it qualifies for a refund.

There are no returns on custom or personalized orders.
